Practice Manager
The post holder oversees Company and staff, applying business acumen to support operations. Responsibilities include staff management, training, ensuring quality patient services, systems, planning, and compliance with CQC guidelines. The post holder manages reporting, finances, and HR functions. This role requires strong leadership under pressure. The primary role involves effective general management and leadership, requiring a thorough understanding of the practitioner’s strategic direction and the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff.
Finance Officer
The Finance Officer is a highly valued member of the EPIC team, responsible for the smooth running of financial aspects of the business in conjunction with the Office Manager under the supervision of the Practice Manager, Chief Finance Officer and Finance Director.
This role is part time (up to 22.5 hrs per week).
The Finance Officer will work closely with the CFO, FD and Practice Manager to maintain financial standards and operations.
Receptionist
EPIC Solutions have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join our team in Exeter. The postholder will have a key role in providing reception cover and administration support across the service. The role is a busy and varied one.
BANK Receptionist

This is a bank position under a Zero hours’ contract to cover staff annual leave and busy periods.

Occupational Therapist
The role of Occupational Therapist will provide specialist assessment and therapeutic interventions to children/young people and adults up to the age of 25 alongside their families/carers who are seeking support around their physical, emotional, and mental health needs alongside any specific learning needs.
The post requires an OT who is highly specialised and can work at an advanced level of practice within the service, utilising their in-depth knowledge, clinical skills and experience in the management of client’s occupational therapy needs.
