Virtual Consultation and Recording Policy

EPIC Solutions are happy to consider requests for virtual consultations by telephone or secure virtual platforms unless we believe the quality of your assessment or therapeutic input will be compromised. Virtual consultation will be charged the same rate as face to face appointments

Recording of Consultation Policy

EPIC solutions are happy to allow recording of consultations if you provide a written statement to confirm that the recording will only be used in relation to your/your child’s assessment, treatment and support. The statement must confirm that the recording will not be shared with any other persons or used for any other purpose.

We ask that you cover the cost and practicalities of making any recording.
